The delivery partner is receving task requests. It can accept/reject or process the task. The main tool for performing these actions is the SARA.DeliveryPartnerPortal.

- Accept Task
- Reject Task
- Confirm Task Completion
- Communicate - If the task requires more information, the delivery partner can communicate with operation center on the tasks
