The delivery partner is receving task requests. It can accept/reject or process the task. The main tool for performing these actions is the SARA.DeliveryPartnerPortal.

Available actions

• Accept Task
• Reject Task
• Confirm Task Completion
• Communicate - If the task requires more information, the delivery partner can communicate with operation center on the tasks through a chat functionality.

Events

• New incoming Task
• Task cancellation occured
• New info available - if the task has changed or new comunication chat on the task is available
