TASR - Travel agent perspective

The travel agent handles travel partner requests, where each can hold one or many travel assistance service request. The information on if a travel assistance service request is transported to other parties as it can provide some processing relevant information. The main tool for performing these actions in the PAX.Portal,
Supported actions
- Create new group request - This group request is always created (in the background), even if only on PAX request is part of it. It holds the agent information.
- Cancel group request - available before the group request was activted
- TASR editing - Travel agents can edit individual TASRs on behalf of the passenger.
- Activate TASR - request PAX digital to file their (grouped) requests to the TASR operation center
- Group request cancellation - request the PAX digitals, which are member of a request group, to request the cancellation of a TASR managed by travel agent.
- Archive group request - only after all contained TASR requests have been decided or cancelled, the travel agent can move the group or individual request to the archive.
Events
- New info available - The travel agent is notified by the PAX on updates for TASRs enclosed in a group request, if any new information on TASR cases are available:
- if a approval status has changed
- processing phase change has occured
- communication from operation center is available
- TASR information relevant to PAX was changed by other party
- Action required / Pending Task - The travel agent is notified by the TASR enclosed in a group request, if any new tasks become available
