TASR - Passenger perspective

The passenger can prepare and file travel assistance service request to operation centers. Also the passenger can delegate these tasks to travel partners.
Available actions
- Prepare/Create TASR - The passenger can prepare a TASR and wait or activate it immediately
- Void TASR - A TASR, which is not activated can be cancelled at any time
- Activate TASR - This sends the TASR to the claiming process
- Request TASR cancellation - After a TASR has been activated, the TASR can request cancellation at the procesing Operation Center(s)
- Share information - This allows the passenger to share information and documents with the operation center(s) in charge for the TASR.
Events
- New info available - if any new information on TASR cases are available:
- if a approval status has changed
- processing phase change has occured
- communication from operation center is available
- Action required / Pending task - If any operation center in charge for a full or part of the TASR files a task to patient, this event will be triggered.
