- Share document along with travel assistance service request - can limited to service as well
- Create new discussion with one of OC which have claimed travel service segment items
PAX digital to PAX portal digital
- Information update on full travel assistance service request - To allow rapid access Update the PAX portal digital will receive all request updates (for requests filed by this instance)
PAX digital to OC digital
- Notify OCs of new travel assistance service request submitted
- Sync of claimed travel service segment items
