Medical documentation forms are initially predefined by encounter type

  • General
  • Surgery
  • Surgery planning
  • Historical


Based on these types, Documentation form (Encounter) will be designed and predefined

Side bar

Side bar of documentation form consist of different components which are displayed depending on encounter type

  • Patient info
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Patient number
    • Date of birth (Calculated Ages in brackets)
    • Vip patient sign (displayed just for VIP patients)
    • Gender sign
  • Encounter form - displayed name of Documentation form (Display sign for different types of encounters, or display text (encounter type) on hover Mask name
  • Encounter date - mandatory field,
    • if started from appointment - predefined with appointment date
    • if started ad hoc - predefined with current date
  • Responsible person - dropdown, display pool of personal group members defined in Documentation form administration
  • Subforms - displays list of subforms in defined order in administration, subforms which have saved data on included blocks should be colored and highlighted designwise
  • Related documentation - if defined, displayed right bellow subforms in the similar design
  • Related appointment - label
    • icon and link Plan appointment - which opens Create appointment page - and if appointment os booked from this link, it should be connected to this encounter as Related appintment
    • if there is saved Related appointment - display
      • Appointment date
      • Appointment time
      • Appointment type name
      • Appointment variation name
  • Related encounter - if encounter is started from Related appointment of some encounter, display link of encounter as Related encounter [Encounter date + Encounter name]
  • Encounter history - default view list of last 5 encounters of that patient - scrollable so user can find and select any
  • Next appointment link - opens Frame for creating Task [type:appointment] from encounter
  • Billing preparation link - opens Predefined list of detected Medical sevices and Products detected as a delivered based on input from Mask
  • Save - link which saves data in file on click
  • Sign - Button that opens popup [add link] and save encounter in the data base and close
