Create a rule

User should be able to define rules for every template defined here,

Rules can be defined by using KDom, where Set and Procedure buttons are shortcuts for placing KDom inputs in text area

Example:

• User clicks on "Set" --> in text area it should be placed "#set." and offered list of available sets so user can select from list.
  • Available Patient data sets
  • Available Procedures
• List offers Patient data sets in format CODE - Name [EN/DE] (Example: " ANST - Anesthesia data")

Combination of conditions user will define by using AND, OR and NOT shortcuts (or to type it manually)
