TASR PAX status map

The passenger can prepare and file travel assistance service request to operation centers. Also the passenger can delegate these tasks to travel partners.

Available actions
  • Prepare/Create TASR - The passenger can prepare a TASR and wait or activate it immediately
  • Void TASR - A TASR, which is not activated can be cancelled at any time
  • Activate TASR - This sends the TASR to the claiming process
  • Request TASR cancellation - After a TASR has been activated, the TASR can request cancellation at the procesing Operation Center(s)
  • Share information - This allows the passenger to share information and documents with the operation center(s) in charge for the TASR.
