According to the process flow of each travel assistance service request, the parties need to interact.

Cancel travel assistance service request

Create new discussion with one of OC which have claimed travel service segment items

Information update on full travel assistance service request - To allow rapid access Update the PAX portal digital will receive all request updates (for requests filed by this instance)
