This service bundle is an extension for our Kordeus.SARA, which allows passenger digitals and travel partner digitals to:
- file their travel assistance service requests to the operation centers responsible for the segments of their itinerary.
- access, modify and see the progress of their travel assistance service requests
- interact with travel assistance service operation centers in a trusted and secure way.
Typically these PAX.portals are provided by travel carriers, which want to allow their passengers (PAX) an easy and digital way of filing special assistance requests.
