This service bundle contains services, by which personal digitals:
- can be created
- can access, modify and see the progress of their travel assistance service requests
- can file their travel assistance service requests to the operation centers responsible for the segments of their itinerary.
Typically these portals are provided by travel carriers, which want to allow their passengers (PAX) an easy and digital way of filing special assistance requests
