The Assistance Service Delivery Ecosystem collaboration model is for sharing:
- Filing and keeping Special Assistance Requests in sync
- Secure communication between requesting parties (PAX / Travel partner) and operation centers
- Collaboration on Tasks with delivery partners

- RequestNewPaxDigital - A travel assistance service operation center digitals requests this at a realm concierge digital
- RequestSpecialAssistancePatientSideDetails - Used by a travel assistance service operation center digitals to request all passenger side details of a travel assistance service request from a passenger digital and include them into the local database (for claimable segments)
- PushSpecialAssistanceRequestPatientSideDetails - Used by a travel assistance service operation center digitals to push the passenger side details to a passenger digital, which incorporates these case changes into its database
- PushTaskUpdate - Used by either a travel assistance service operation center digitals or by a Delivery partner digitals to push an updated / new task.
