The handling advice process is the notification of delivery partners about services they will have to deliver to PAX.
This is a key process step for making sure that a service which is approved and KKed is delivered to the requesting PAX.
Delivery partners computation phase
The system checks through all service delivery points along the journey of the patient which assistance tasks are to be delivered. These delivery points might be:
- pre-flight - e.g. STRETCHER mounting, WENOL mounting (see rotation planning)
- gound tasks - embarcation, transfers, disembarcation, e.g. wheelchair or ambulance
- in-flight - during segment delivery - e.g. POXY
- post flight - STRETCHER dismantiling, WENOL dismantling (see rotation planning)
Communication channel detection phase
There are with SARA three channels to communiocate with external partner and sending out handling advices:
- Sending out over Email or
- Seding out over TELEX or
- Digitally delivered over Delivery Partner Portal
Communication content generation phase
Each communication is created from a predefined communication template , which depends on the requested set of services (e.g. STRETCHER Communication might be different than STRETCHER+WENOL Communication).
Please note, that communication can be grouped by:
- receipient
- communication channel
