This service bundle is an extension for our Kordeus.SARA, which is used by travel carriers to provide a self-service app to passengers and travel partners.
Main Features
In the PAX.Portal the users can:
- file their travel assistance service requests to the operation centers responsible for the segments of their itinerary.
- access, modify and see the progress of their travel assistance service requests
- interact with travel assistance service operation centers in a trusted and secure way.
