According to the process flow of each travel assistance service request, the parties need to interact.
PAX Portal to PAX digital
- Potal side refresh - after each login at the portal, the portal has its cached information, but will request a cache update in any case
- Personal data update - the PAX can update its personal and contact information at the portal
- Store travel assistance service request
- Submit travel assistance service request
- Cancel travel assistance service request
- Share document along with travel assistance service request - can limited to service as well
- Create new discussion with one of OC which have claimed travel service segment items
