- Full Discovery of SAM and architectural updates with new Process Automation Engine in SARA with documentation (SAM v2) (28 days more mgmt team work)
- Double work as ADMIN-Tools have to become extended massively (~ 25 days more dev- & QA-team work)
- More Admin-Work than expected and processes (2-3 days)
- Fully changed work-item "SARA.Core". Instead of upgrade of SWISS-Backend, full new development and fully scaled process automation engine (~ 50 days more work)
