Dev:PCA installation

1. Install Java
2. Unpack PCA and place it under C:/Services
   1. If you install this on more than one computer, you will need to generate a new ID for every PCA instance
   2. Paste this to C:/Services/PCA/application.properties (property called pca.id)
   3. Paste your PCH URL to C:/Services/PCA/application.properties (property called pca.host-url, e.g. https://stockerstrasse.iroc.ch/pch/)
   4. Paste your TenantID (ask development team) to C:/Services/PCA/printers.settings.json (property called tenants)
3. Open Console as administrator (in start menu type CMD and when you get the terminal icon, right click on it an Run as Administrator)
4. Navigate to C:/Services/PCA (cd C:/Services/PCA)
5. Run bop-printer-agent.exe install
6. Run bop-printer-agent.exe start
7. Copy restart.bat to your desktop so that you can quickly restart the printer service if it bugs out
