We are backing up the Documents and Databases in a regular rhythm.

Backup security

Backups are encrypted for data-at-rest protection with a preshared strong AES-256 key specific and preshared with customer.

Recovery tests

Recovery-tests part of the progreamm, which are typically done while cloning production system to integration or test systems. There is a rule, that we do this at least once a year.

Please note, that when cloning to test systems all personal information is anonymized.
