It became obvious that not the PAX.Portal was the project focus, but instead the backend processes currently covered by SAM also need to be covered:

  • Right after project start it became obvious that without a details process analysis of SAM (the old SARA) the target goal does make little sense without also a remake of currently active SAM (SAP solution).
  • Development was stopped (except simple admin-tools)
  • Additional Discovery for all travel assistance service processes on the backend side started in January and was planned to last till late June
