Dev:Blood thinners
Enhance the documentation form by adding a new block called “Blood Thinners” to capture whether a patient is currently taking any blood thinners. If the patient selects “Yes”, they should have the option to specify the medication. This information must be transferred to the Surgery Planning Application and marked as part of the Surgery Plan, which requires approval from surgeons.

Search Bar Behavior:
•Should query the ZurRose catalogue for medication names.
