Travel task template
A travel task template contains:
- Transport type
- Subject (multi-langual)
- Text (multilangual)
- Attached documents (multilingual)
- Deadline (only for tasks) - in hours after task creation
Suported Task template types
- b-op notification - a notification, which does not require action but is only used to inform the receipient.
- b-op discussion - a chat, which can be established with a partner with an initial message and subject.
- b-op task - a notification, which requires action and confirmation of done by the party to which it was assigned.
- email - a fire and forget email
- telex - a fire and forget telex
