Surgery planning charging ruleset

Base-Pricing  

      --> Depends on Surgery-Type + Insurance

      --> Prepayment depends on Surgery-Type + Insurance

      --> IsTriggering Flatrate (Depends on Surgery-Type + Insurance)

      --> IfFlatrate, Permit Price Adaption? Option: Allow manual pricing by which the doctor can define a variable cost

Each Service or product

      --> If Flatrate applies, included in Flatrate (Depends on Surgery-Type + Insurance)

      --> If Flatrate applies, allow Price override by doctor

Surcharge Multifocal Lens

      --> Depends on Surgery-Type + Insurance, Prepayment fraction

If multiple surgeries are pending,there should only be one prepayment

Example 1: Patient A, Ensurance CSS. 2 eyes. 1st eye FEMTOKatarakt+Multifocal,2nd eye Katarakt (std) Monofocal + Femto + full anaethesia

Eye 1:

--> Baseprice 1900 CHF (0 CHF prepayment)

--> Additional Product Multifocal 3400 CHF (3400 prepayment)

Eye 2:

--> Baseprice 1900 CHF (0 CHF prepayment)

--> Monofocal 0 CHF (0 CHF prepayment)

--> Femto 1800 CHF (1800 CHF prepayment)

--> Anaästhesie 1000 CHF (1000 CHF prepayment)

Example 2: Patient B, Russian citicen. 2 eyes. 1 eye FEMTOKataract Multifocal, 2 eye regular Toric len + full anaethesia

Eye 1:

--> baseprice 5200 CHF (5200 CHF prepayment, activates Flatrate)

--> Additional product Multifocal (3400 CHF, covered by Flatrate --> 0 CHF pay, 0 CHF prepayment)

Eye 2:

--> baseprice 5200 CHF (5200 CHF prepayment, activates Flatrate)

--> Additional product Multifocal (3400 CHF, covered by Flatrate --> 0 CHF prepayment)

--> Additional Service Anaethesia (1000 CHF, 1000 CHF prepayment, not covered by Flatrate)
