A delivery partner digital represents an organization or a part of an organization delivering services being part of a requested special assistance service delivery process. This can be:

  • Callcenters & Ticketing stations - issueing non commercial PNRs or tickets
  • Airport Outstations - these are teams of the carriers, which help the operation centers to organize service delivery at the airpott
  • Airports & Ground handlers - third parties, which deliver a services
  • Intermodals (Bus & Railway companies) - which deliver transportation and special assistance services to passengers traveling

Purpose

The delivery partners digital can be used to

  • communicate with the operation center in a trusted and secure way
  • accept and reject tasks from operation centers
  • perform ToDos (which are tasks, which are automatically accepted by the receipient)
  • provide mutual status updates for these tasks

Tools

The delivery partner can access its data through the SARA.DeliveryPartnerPortal.
