A delivery partner digital represents an organization or a part of an organization delivering services being part of a requested special assistance service delivery process. This can be:
- Callcenters & Ticketing stations - issueing non commercial PNRs or tickets
- Airport Outstations - these are teams of the carriers, which help the operation centers to organize service delivery at the airpott
- Airports & Ground handlers - third parties, which deliver a services
- Intermodals (Bus & Railway companies) - which deliver transportation and special assistance services to passengers traveling
Purpose
The delivery partners digital can be used to
- communicate with the operation center in a trusted and secure way
- accept and reject tasks from operation centers
- perform ToDos (which are tasks, which are automatically accepted by the receipient)
- provide mutual status updates for these tasks
Tools
The delivery partner can access its data through the SARA.DeliveryPartnerPortal.
