A travel partner digital is a digital of a travel agency. Typically this is a legal person (company).
Purpose
The travel partners's digital can be used to
- store and access health information of passengers
- file and manage special assistance requests on behalf of passengers. This can happen as
- individual PAX request
- group PAX requests
- interact with travel assistance service operation center
- see the combined status of the all the service requests, segment by segment
- provide missing information

The travel agency can access its data through the PAX.Portal
