Needed information in surgery plan
If multiple doctors are primary resources on this day, each doctor has to approve the surgeries in which they are the primary resource.

Anesthesia induction time (start) and anesthesia emergence time (end) are needed if there is a full anesthesia necessary. This is based on the surgery type itself and already occupies the theater.
Incision-to-suture time (start) and Incision-to-suture time (end) is the surgery itself where the surgeon is needed.
Here is an example of a keratoplastic surgery. This is mostly done in full anesthesia.

In the administration, the theater is also booked as resource.
