To enable collaboration between travel operation centers and their carriers, b-op defines a list of abstract services, which is shared between all carriers. This is called global travel service map.
Information per global travel service
- Service main-identifiers
- a travel-service global identifier (GID),
- a travel service code (e.g. "STRETCHER")
- Service flavours
- flavour service global identifier (GID)
- flavor service code ("WCHR")
- point of delivery
- Port - means that the travel service might be delivered at embarcation, disembarcation or each transfer port.
- Segment - means that the travel service can be delivered per segment
- requires mounting/dismantling work at travel device (Yes/No)
