Add values from selcted lens (Biometry und Zusammenfassung data) or choose manually (according to structure) (mandatory field).

First, Doctors need to choose if there is a Toric or Non-Toric lense is to be implantet. That depense as well if it is a refractive or cataract surgery (mandatory field):

Myopie / Maximale Sehschärfe zwischen 30 und 50 cm
