To enable collaboration between travel operation centers and their carriers, b-op defines a list of abstract services, which is shared between all carriers. This is called global travel service map.

Information per global travel service

  • Service main-identifiers
    • a travel-service global identifier (GID),
    • a travel service code (e.g. "STRETCHER")
  • Service flavours
    • flavour service global identifier (GID)
    • flavor service code ("WCHR")
  • point of delivery
    • Port - means that the travel service might be delivered at embarcation, disembarcation or each transfer port.
    • Segment - means that the travel service can be delivered per segment
  • requires mounting/dismantling work at travel device (Yes/No)
