A passenger digital is a digital of a travelling natural person, which is travelling.
Purpose
The natural person's digital can be used to
- store health informaiton
- file and manage special assistance requests
- interact with travel assistance service operation center
- see the combined status of the all the service requests, segment by segment
- provide missing information
Tools
The natural person can access its data through the PAX.Portal
