In this app, the surgery planning officer has two views:
== Future surgery plan approvals ==
*list view - shows all planned surgery sorted by date and their status (patient, birthday, surgery type, surgery location, surgeon ok [OK/Rejected], surgeon comments, medical ok, financial ok, paperwork ok)

*schedule view - the user sees the upcoming surgery days in a calendar overview and sees on the date (by background color) if all prework is done and the surgery is good to go. When selecting a date, he will see like in the list view a table of surgeries planned on that date in the day plan (similar to surgery assignment and planning)

*the planning officer can summon for each planned surgery the "surgery data update documentation form" in Kordeus.CORE (see surgery planning template administration), where he can update medical data if the doctor has changes. Needed information in surgery plan

If multiple doctors are primary resources on this day, each doctor has to approve the surgeries in which they are the primary resource. The following shows one row ot the plan itself (english/german):

Incision-to-suture time (start) and Incision-to-suture time (end) is the surgery itself where the surgeon is needed.

Anesthesia induction time (start) and anesthesia emergence time (end) are needed if there is a full anesthesia necessary. This is based on the surgery type itself and already occupies the theater.

Ther is an additonal "milestone" needed in appointment administration. Here is an example of a keratoplastic surgery. This is mostly done in full anesthesia.

In the administration, the theater is also booked as resource.

Step types

We have the full anesthesia which triggers Anesthesia induction time (start) and Anesthesia emergence time (end). And we have measurments which happen right before the surgery - i.e. Verion measurement before ICL- and Toric-Lenses implantants.

That means, we can bind these steps to either: anesthesia type (full anesthesia) or product (toric lens).

So fort he first type – IOL Surgery planning, there is an automatism we could use.

However, we will be facing issues here in the second phase when it comes to refractive surgeries. There is optional measurements which are asked by the surgeon (i.e. refraction from Alex or a specific measurement).

These depend always on the case/patient and cannot be bound automatically to any of the above.

Here, the refractive surgery TransPRK as an example :

How can the doctor/surgeon indicate those measuments that they are going to be planned for the surgeries?

I only see them as part of the planning mask itself. I suggest to build it in here as additional selection/block:

There should be an extra „tick-box“ in appointment adminsitration:

For exmaple: „show in planning mask“

I’m open for other solutions..
