Created page with "Capture if patient takes any blood thinners at the moment. This should be captured by a simple "yes" or "no". If "yes" is selcted an optional text field can be filled out. Enhance the documentation form by adding a new block called “Blood Thinners” to capture whether a patient is currently taking any blood thinners. If the patient selects “Yes”, they should have the option to specify the medication. This information must be transferred to the Surgery Planning Application and marked as part of the Surgery Plan, which requires approval from surgeons.
