A travel task template contains:
- Transport type
- Subject (multi-langual)
- Text (multilangual)
- Discussion is permitted
- Confirmation is required
- One or multiple communication channels (internal, email, telex)
- Attached documents (multilingual)
- Deadline (only for tasks) - in hours after task creation
- Is Internal Task - optionally allows definition of responsible persongroup
- Is External Task - requires definition of responsible digital
- Current Assignee
Task communication channels
- internal - will not be communicated though a 3rd party system
- email - a fire and forget email
- telex - a fire and forget telex
