  • Subject (multi-langual)
  • Text (multilangual)
  • Discussion is permitted
  • Confirmation is required
  • One or multiple communication channels (internal, email, telex)
  • Attached documents (multilingual)
  • Deadline (only for tasks) - in hours after task creation
  • Is Internal Task - optionally allows definition of responsible persongroup
  • Is External Task - requires definition of responsible digital
  • Current Assignee

Task communication channels

  • internal - will not be communicated though a 3rd party system
  • email - a fire and forget email
  • telex - a fire and forget telex
