			Each surgery theater is residing at a building and is represented by the facility function "surgery theater", which can be assigned on the facility room level. The facility function "surgery theater" allows to define:
			*which planned procedures can generally be performed in this surgery theater.
			*which devices are available in the surgery theater, each with scheduled device support times (when a service of a device in the surgery is scheduled)
			*surgery theater agenda containing regular and exceptional surgery times, each with assignable surgeries (planned procedures)
