Then turn of the internal printer, so that the machine sends data to external device (our computer) when the user presses PRINT button.
Connect the machine to a computer with a RS-232 cable. As most modern computers do not have serial ports any more, you can use a serial to USB adapter. Note: some of the cables we have tried did not work, you might have to try a couple.
